We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Operations Manager to develop and integrate full-scope collection strategies using DoD and National Technical Means (NTM) systems for high-priority intelligence requirements.


Your Mission:

As a Collection Operations Manager, you will apply expertise in intelligence collection systems and processes to assess, manage, and integrate information in support of DoD, DIA, or CCMD CI and HUMINT programs. You will provide recommendations on the integration of CI and HUMINT activities for strategic, operational, contingency, crisis, and exercise planning.


What You Bring

Education & Experience (one of the following per level):
  • Senior Level: Master’s + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s + 17 years
  • Mid Level: Bachelor’s + 8 years
  • Junior Level: Bachelor’s + 3 years OR 7+ years with no degree
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Proven experience managing HUMINT collection operations within defense, military, or intelligence environments
  • Strong understanding of analytical tradecraft, collection strategies, and multi-INT integration
  • Proficiency with intelligence platforms, data analysis, and visualization tools
  • Experience with planning and executing collection operations to meet consumer intelligence requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief senior-level audiences
  • Ability to assess, model, and improve collection strategies and operational performance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience across multiple Areas of Responsibility (AORs)
  • Background supporting joint task forces or Special Operations
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, data fusion, and ISR analytics
