We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Targeting Automation Specialists at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to support targeting automation, knowledge management, and integration of intelligence data across the joint targeting enterprise.
As a Targeting Automation Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of automated targeting systems critical to mission success. You will manage, maintain, and train personnel on the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), provide solutions for secure data management, and integrate intelligence from multiple domains to deliver actionable assessments for warfighters, policymakers, and intelligence partners.
- Provide expertise in the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and its integration with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and other follow-on systems.
- Support targeting automation requirements and advise leadership on DoD target automation standards.
- Manage, maintain, and train personnel on JTT functionality and updates.
- Operate command and control utilities such as the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS).
- Deliver knowledge management solutions on SIPRNET and JWICS to enable efficient file sharing and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
- Explore, validate, and integrate data from diverse intelligence sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT.
- Build queries and assessments to support targeteers, operators, senior decision-makers, and U.S. intelligence community stakeholders.
- Contribute to the production of internal reports, operational assessments, and intelligence products.
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
- Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated expertise with JTT, MIDB, and targeting automation requirements.
- Familiarity with JADOCS and other command-and-control utilities.
- Strong understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT).
- Experience developing queries, validating information, and applying analytic tradecraft.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefings, reports, and intelligence products.
- Ability to collaborate across military, intelligence, and interagency organizations.
- Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other Combatant Command operations.
- Experience providing training or instruction on JTT or targeting automation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to implement knowledge management and data-sharing solutions on SIPRNET/JWICS.
- Regional expertise or experience supporting a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).
