Geo Owl LLC is a trusted leader in providing intelligence and operational support to safeguard national security interests. We are seeking mission-driven HUMINT Targeting Specialists at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to directly support CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations.
As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you will provide critical analytic and operational support to collectors by researching, authoring, and coordinating CI/HUMINT Targeting packages. Your work will enable successful targeting, lead development, and asset validation operations across intelligence missions.
• Research, analyze, and author CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, Support Packages (OSPs), and Asset Validation Packages.
• Collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) using managed attribution research tools.
• Support CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development operations through actionable intelligence products.
• Coordinate findings with collectors, operational teams, and interagency partners to ensure mission success.
• Conduct validation and risk assessment of CI/HUMINT assets.
• Maintain accurate records of CI/HUMINT research, lead development, and targeting operations.
• Identify and assess foreign intelligence threats and potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide input for briefings, operational reports, and decision-making recommendations.
Education & Experience (based on level):
- Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience supporting CI/HUMINT targeting, lead development, and asset validation operations.
- Strong analytic skills, including assessing threats and producing actionable intelligence.
- Proficiency in researching, authoring, and coordinating intelligence products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with military, intelligence, and interagency partners.
- Familiarity with CI/HUMINT operational tools and tradecraft.
- Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other theater-level operations.
- Regional expertise or experience supporting a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Experience mentoring or training in HUMINT/CI targeting processes.
