We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Electrical Engineers at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to support advanced defense analytical requirements through scientific and engineering expertise.
Your Mission
As an Electrical Engineer, you will apply your expertise to analyze, assess, and characterize complex foreign electronic systems, subsystems, facilities, and equipment. Your work will focus on enhancing U.S. defense capabilities through technical analysis of power systems, microelectronics, circuits, sensors, guidance and control, electromagnetic systems, and EO/IR technologies. You will provide critical insights to enable mission success across the defense and intelligence communities.
What You’ll Do
Conduct research, capability and limitation analysis, and reverse engineering of foreign electronic systems and subsystems.
Perform facility and vulnerability assessments for advanced electronic and power systems.
Analyze and characterize systems related to electric power, microelectronics, circuits, sensors, and electronic hardware.
Assess and model electromagnetic, electro-optical (EO), infrared (IR), and guidance/control systems.
Develop analytic products to inform defense requirements, operations, and system integration.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical rigor and mission-driven outcomes.
Contribute to engineering assessments that support system survivability, countermeasure development, and operational readiness.
What You Bring
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Strong background in electrical engineering or related sub-disciplines (computer, electronic, optical, or power engineering).
Proven ability to analyze and assess complex electronic systems, subsystems, and components.
Familiarity with EO/IR, electromagnetic, and sensor technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing technical reports and briefings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative, mission-focused teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting defense or intelligence community missions.
Knowledge of system vulnerability assessments and survivability analysis.
Hands-on experience with modeling, simulation, or system prototyping.
Familiarity with emerging electronic warfare or countermeasure technologies.
